Women’s Self-Defense Training

There is no weaker gender, and women have no need to be afraid of being the next victim. Learn how to stay aware, stay safe, and handle an assault situation on your terms! Discover how to keep your home and family secure and how to “harden the target”, and just what exactly improvised weapons are and how to use them. You’ll become confident with “verbal judo” and how to spot attack cues, and learn to apply simple but violent  hand-to-hand techniques to someone who means you harm. You won’t be learning about a martial art or some “theoretical” fighting style – all of the techniques that we  teach are simple enough to be practiced regularly and applied in real life, but powerful enough to disable an aggressor. You’ll also learn about less-lethal options and what works versus what doesn’t, such as pepper sprays and stun guns.

Required Equipment:

  • Please bring any self-defense and less-lethal weapons that you currently carry or use.
  • Comfortable exercise clothes or clothes you have a full range of motion in
