Patient Casualty Care Card
- This Patient Care Card is one we use for all our training and is included in each of the kits we sell.
- To download the card and print:
- Click this link: Casualty Care Card. The link should bring you to a new window/tab
- Right click and choose “Save Image As”
- Click on the image saved and select File > Print
- Orient the image to Landscape and turn on the “Two Sided” or “Double Sided” option
- Scale the image to 90-95% (depending on how big you would like the card)
- Print the image. After printing is complete, both sides should line up to create 2 patient cards.
- Trim to the cards to image edges.
DOPE Cards
- These DOPE Cards are the ones we use for training and competition.
- To download the card and print:

- For Large Caliber DOPE Card Click this link: LargeCaliberDOPECard The link should bring you to a new window/tab
- Right click and choose “Save Image As”, or Select File > Print for single use print out
- If imaged was saved, click on the saved image and select File > Print
- Scale the image to 100% (This size will fit a 3×5 window on the playbook armbands we use)
- Print the image.
- Trim to the cards to image edges, and cut at the dotted line for the Large Caliber DOPE Cards.
Zero Target
- These are the zeroing targets Independence Training uses for our classes.
