Patient Casualty Care Card

This Patient Care Card is one we use for all our training and is included in each of the kits we sell.
To download the card and print:
- Click this link: Casualty Care Card. The link should bring you to a new window/tab
- Right click and choose “Save Image As”
- Click on the image saved and select File > Print
- Orient the image to Landscape and turn on the “Two Sided” or “Double Sided” option
- Scale the image to 90-95% (depending on how big you would like the card)
- Print the image. After printing is complete, both sides should line up to create 2 patient cards.
- Trim to the cards to image edges.
